Stories upon stories… and more stories speak of how God is
using New Life 91.9 in
people’s lives. Lori and Nichole told us what
happened with them. Lori said, “I believe in God, I
went to church. I tried to be a good person and a
good mom, but we were just always butting heads. And
at some point, one day I just realized that if my daughter
was butting heads with me, it meant that I wasn’t being
the type of parent that I needed to be and I needed to do
stuff a little bit differently.”
Lori’s daughter, Nichole, has a friend that listens to
New Life 91.9. “And
she always had it on New Life
91.9 every day,” says Nichole. “And I would ask
her, ‘Please’ you know ‘Let’s just listen to something
else today.’ And she wouldn’t. And it just made me realize
that there must be something really good about this
station or positive – and it was. I mean, the more I
listened to the songs, I liked them. So I told my mom
about it.”
Lori told us that’s when things started to change. “I just
started doing things differently than I had before. It
wasn’t just church on Sunday. It was listening to it in my
car every day and telling my kids ‘Hey, you’ve got to
listen to this song.’ For our family, all the good things
that have come out of it, that’s from God, so God has to
be using this radio station in other people’s lives the
same way.”

So much encouragement through my tough times of distress in my
marriage, plus the hard decision to end this tormenting
relationship and how to explain what's happening to our four
children. New Life 91.9
has given me answers and encouragement when I needed it most.
It helps my spirit stay uplifted. I don't know where I would
be without it today.

When I listen to New Life 91.9,
my heart and my spirit connect to the Lord in a special way. I
have been through a really bad situation this past
Thanksgiving day when we lost are son, Emmanuel. He was almost
3 months old. I thank this radio station because when my girls
and I listen, we feel stronger and the songs life our spirits

In so many amazing ways...The last 3 1/2 years have been some
of the most challenging yet the most growing years in my life
and New Life 91.9 has been
there as my special friend from God! You've been there for the
tears, laughter, anger, frustration, fears, joy, prayers and
praises! Thank you so much for being a spirit led outreach to
our community! I appreciate all of you for your hearts to
serve so sacrificially for God's glory!!!
Wendy, New Life 91.9 was one of
the only Christian Radio Stations I could pick up in my car
when I would drive to work. Last February I really started
going through a hard time and I got really depressed and felt
like no one was there for me anymore. In July I went on my
first mission trip with my church and while I was there God
spoke to me and really filled me with His grace. When I got
back home, all I listened to was my Christian CDs and
New Life 91.9 and it
really helped me make the final push to pick myself up off the
ground. God was always there for me. In my dark times, He was
there holding me and protecting me. The one song that
really helped open my eyes was Free To Be Me by Francesca
Batistelli. The story was wonderful. I thought it was great
because I was 20 and I related to everything the song had to
say. New Life 91.9 was
always that boost of inspiration to help get my day started!!!

I have been raised in a Christian home with God being the
focus for most of my life. When I left for college I seriously
strayed from my beliefs and what I know to right and got
pregnant. Looking back I can see how my family was there for
me and offering their love and unfailing support and God was
there slowly putting me back on the right path. It has been
and still is an uphill climb but I know that with God and my
family at my back I will make it, and I am forever grateful
for them
I also want to say thank you to New
Life 91.9. I remember when it first started and it
was something that my family always listened to. I know how my
parents always said the music that we listen to affects our
life and I never really understood that until I left for
school. Just the smallest thing like the music you listen to
can open the door for evil. Since being back in Charlotte and
having kids, I have seen how important those little things are
and I am forever grateful to this station for being there,
because just like secular music can open the door for evil,
this station has helped me close that door and reopen the one
for God.

We lived in USA for 6 years and NC was the best place we lived
(we lived in NJ too). We used to go to Hickory Grove Baptist
Church where I was baptized and heard about
New Life 91.9. This was in
2005 and, since then, I now listen to it over the internet. I
love the way you guys make the programs and also I can listen
to the songs I loveeeeeee!
