New Life 91.9 Family Name Game Official Rules

1. All contests, including the New Life 91.9 Family Name Game, are open to all North and South Carolina residents 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license, except employees or sponsors of WRCM, Columbia International University, their immediate families (as defined below) and other North and South Carolina radio station employees and their immediate families.
    

2. The New Life 91.9 Family Name Game will be conducted as stated below beginning September 23, 2004, and ending November 17, 2004.  The Grand Prize for the New Life 91.9 Family Name Game is a 2004 Jeep Liberty, provided courtesy of Bunky Gandy’s Auto Exchange.   The actual vehicle has not necessarily been pictured in any advertising for this contest.
    

3. To qualify for the Grand Prize drawing, eligible contestants must call the studios of New Life 91.9/WRCM (Phone numbers: 704-570-9200, 704-821-9222, or 877-972-6674) within nine (9) minutes and nineteen (19) seconds after a New Life 91.9/WRCM personality announces a person’s name (the “Named Person”) as part of the New Life 91.9 Family Name Game.  Only the Named Person or an immediate family member of the Named Person who calls within nine (9) minutes and nineteen (19) seconds of the announcement of the Named Person is eligible to qualify for the Grand Prize Drawing.  An “immediate family member” is a person who is the mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, or spouse or the Named Person.  Persons residing in the same household with the Named Person and having a step-relationship to the Named Person also qualify.
    

4. The first caller from among the Named Person and the Named Person’s immediate family members will be the only qualifier from the group who is eligible to qualify.
    

5. Named Persons are randomly selected from registrations of persons registering for the 2004 Jeep Liberty at any New Life 91.9 2004 Summer Tour Stop or at Bunky Gandy’s Auto Exchange in Huntersville, and at other locations yet to be determined.  Registration will also be made available at newlife919.com at a time to be determined.  Registering at more than one New Life 91.9 Summer Tour stop or at newlife919.com does not increase a person’s chances of being a Named Person in the Family Name Game.
    

6. To collect the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner must present a valid driver’s license and sign proper release form(s) in person at the New Life 91.9 offices, located at 1092 Radio Drive in Indian Trail, North Carolina.  The Grand Prize Winner must permit New Life 91.9/WRCM to use the Grand Prize Winner’s recorded voice and/or photograph or likeness for a period of one year without any payment of money or other consideration to the Grand Prize Winner.  The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes that the Grand Prize Winner owes as a result of participating in the New Life 91.9 Family Name Game.  False information or misrepresentation by any Grand Prize Winner voids his/her eligibility to claim a prize.  Anyone refusing any of these terms of these contest rules forfeits the prize.
    

7. Qualifiers for the Grand Prize must be present at Bunky Gandy’s Auto Exchange in Huntersville, North Carolina on November 20 at 12:00p.m. to win.  Qualifiers will be notified of any changes at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance (if sufficient contact information has been provided to New Life 91.9/WRCM.).  New Life 91.9/WRCM will select the Grand Prize Winner by conducting a random drawing using a list of the eligible contestants who are qualifiers within the criteria specified in Paragraph 3.  If the selected qualifier is not present, another Grand Prize Winner will be selected by conducting a random drawing using the same list of eligible contestants.  If no eligible qualifier is present, the Grand Prize will remain the property of Bunky Gandy’s Auto Exchange.
    

8. All Prize Winners, including The Grand Prize Winner, agree to use any and all prizes at the Prize Winner’s risk, and will release and hold harmless New Life 91.9/WRCM, Columbia International University, all sponsors, affiliates, and subsidiaries of New Life 91.9/WRCM and Columbia International University for any and all claims that could result in using any and all prizes.
    

9. All prizes, including, but not limited to, a 2004 Jeep Liberty courtesy of Bunky Gandy’s Auto Exchange, gift certificates to Bruster's Real Ice Cream in Matthews valued at $10 per certificate, and NASCAR Speedpark passes valued at $10 per pass.
    

10. New Life 91.9/WRCM, reserves the right to make any changes in all contests effective when the change(s) are announced on the air, or when new rules are made available at the offices of New Life 91.9/WRCM, (1092 Radio Drive, Indian Trail, NC) during regular business hours.  All decisions by New Life 91.9/WRCM are final.
     

11. Additional hard copies of the rules for all contests are available at the office of New Life 91.9/WRCM, 1092 Radio Drive, Indian Trail, NC.
     

12. Winners may claim their prizes at New Life 91.9/WRCM or at a location to be determined by New Life 91.9/WRCM.  The Grand Prize Winner of the 2004 Jeep Liberty will claim the Grand Prize vehicle at Bunky Gandy’s Auto Exchange in Huntersville, North Carolina.  Certain prizes may also be mailed to the winners at the sole discretion of New Life 91.9/WRCM.  Prizes that are not mailed to the winners must be picked up within thirty (30) days after the prize winner has been selected, after which time they become the property of New Life 91.9/WRCM, and may be offered again in a future New Life 91.9/WRCM contest. 
     

13. New Life 91.9/WRCM will provide prize winners with an IRS 1099 form upon request.
