New Life 91.9 Friend of the Month will have their picture (or
family picture) posted on
the website, along with their answers to the questions
(see below). Please submit between 1-3 pictures of
yourself, family, pets, etc.
Your address, email and phone number will not be posted on
the web.
After completing the form
below, please submit all pictures to:
friend@newlife919.com with your name and
address in the body of your email. There is a 5 MB
attachment limit.
